On January 21, 2015, Dr. Hideo Watanabe of IBM Research-Tokyo gave a lecture as an extension of the Nagoya University Program for Leading Graduate Schools.
The Nagoya University Program for Leading Graduate Schools is a joint lecture series for the six leadership programs at Nagoya University. It is designed for all students in the leadership program, and the lectures incorporate aspects of all of the encompassed academic fields, with an underlying theme of universal values and principles. A total of 12 lectures are given during the half year duration of the lecture series.
Dr. Watanabe delivered a lecture entitled "Concepts and Technologies for Realizing Resilient Societies."
