April Plenary Meeting Announcement

In the April Plenary Meeting, "Introduction and Explanation of This Year's Activities" and "Report on Last Year's Creative Research Project" were discussed. The Plenary Meeting is a general meeting for the field of real-world data circulation, with reports on activities as well as planning for events. This year, we plan to proceed with group work with industry mentors. The agenda for this meeting was as follows:

  ・Summer School Preparation

  ・Plenary Meetings Orientation

  ・English Training Lectures Introduction

  ・MATLAB Follow-up Lectures Introduction

  ・Final Report on Creative Research Project (Mari Endo, Ryo Kato)

  ・Application Guidance For Creative Research Project


For this year's activities, a Summer School will be held in Istanbul with a curriculum that is part of the English Training Lectures and MATLAB Follow-up Lectures.

Additionally, a Creative Research Project undertaken mainly by registrants will be performed this year. Registrants will propose a research plan on their own as part of their application. Examples of projects selected last year are presented below.

  ・Mari Endo: Development of a Presentation System Using Projection Mapping.

  ・Ryo Kato: Implementation of Real-World Data Circulation at Nagoya University through O2O Marketing.
