The purpose of this activity is to experience the world's top-level research and deepen exchanges with various researchers. On the meeting of this time, three students reported on their experiences and achievements of Global Challenge II. All of the students mentioned that they were able to work on research under the great guidance of top-level researchers and it helped to their own research in Japan. They also mentioned that life in other countries is quite different with its in Japan. The specific information of the students and research institutes are as follows:

Follow-up Visit

Follow-up Visit allow groups to revisit the research institute where each student (host student) stayed through the Global challenge II, along with students from a different research specialty. The purpose of this activity is to know the forefront of research in different fields and to expand the human connections to organizational connections. At this time, 7 students reported their experiences and achievements of Follow-up Visit. The students said that Follow-up Visit allowed them to learn about the research and experience what each of them have undertaken in top-level institute as well as to build a research network in different fields.
