February Plenary Meeting Announcement

The Plenary Meeting in February will be held at the Leaders Saloon (changed from the Leaders Studio) for the first time in over two and a half years. Students who are unable to attend on-site due to unavoidable reasons can also participate in zoom. Specifically, the RWDC Program Completion Interview Session and the Final Report of the Real World Data Exercise were held.

RWDC Program Completion Interview Session

One student of RWDC program completed the program, and a completion review meeting was held. First, Professor Naoki Nishida explained the outline of the completion interview session. Next, the completion interview session was announced by the graduates. In his presentation, he explained his research outline, his activities at RWDC, and the experiences he gained.

Real-world data exercise final report meeting

The "Real World Data Exercise" will be held for two months from December 2022 to the plenary meeting in February. This "Real World Data Exercise" is a core group of the "Practical Data Scientist Training Program", an educational program for graduate students and working adults, which is conducted by the Nagoya University Mathematical and Data Science Education and Research Center. This time, the assignments provided by Seino Information Service Co., Ltd., which the real-world leading students will work on, will be the assignments that will be carried out in the "real-world data exercise" of the same program this year. This time, the third time, the final report was held on the achievements of the real-world leading students in the real-world data exercise provided by Seino Information Service. After a question-and-answer session on the content of the report, Professor Nakaiwa explained the preparation of the final report.
