I grew up in Xi'an, a historic city in northern China. After graduating from high school in 2011, I went to Shanghai for undergraduate study, during which I worked as part-time intern in Human Resource Department of a multinational company for half year and I experienced the importance and necessity of strategic human resource management in industries. In addition, I spent half of my junior year in Nagoya University as an exchange student in 2014. The half year in Japan was impressive so I decided to pursue further study of human resource management in Nagoya University.

I keep telling myself to live to challenge with no regrets, so I am always excited to explore the unknown and experience the new. I hope to help others and make the world better by making use of what I have learned.
