After graduating from Sichuan University in China, I entered the State Administration of Taxation in China and worked there for 2 years.
Through the two-year work experience, I realized the importance of human resource management (HRM). Therefore, I entered the graduate school to deepen my knowledge on this field. However, the establishment of an efficient modern HRM mechanism requires collaboration of knowledgeable people from multiple fields, not only economy, but also information science. Also, under the economic globalization, the understanding of different cultures is indispensable for HRM. Therefore, I entered the Leading program. In this program, I will try my best to achieve my life goal.
In the spare time, I like reading and listening to music.
