I entered School of Economics, Nagoya University in 1994, and took a bachelor's degree in Economics in 1998. In that year, I joined Intelligence, Ltd. (Recruitment/HR consultancy firm). I was an executive officer of the company and in charge of whole company business development. I was also in charge of business planning, business process re-engineering and human resource management for permanent placement department in Japan and China. In 2013, I founded Framgia Japan Inc, and started Business Consulting and System Development business. Now Framgia group grew up to have about 500 members of staff and 5 branch offices in Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, and Bangladesh. In this year, I decided to enroll in Graduate School of Economics, Nagoya University. I am very glad to have such a good opportunity. I will make every effort to learn a lot of things through this program. And I would like to innovate to solve social problems in the near future!
